What should I wear to the wedding?

Our wedding is black tie with a garden soirée twist! The bride and groom love any excuse to dress up, and we’d be thrilled for you to join us in celebrating this special occasion in style. For women, we recommend floor-length or ankle-length dresses in soft pastels, dreamy florals, or other romantic garden-inspired hues (the bridesmaids will be wearing beautiful yellow dresses). For men, a classic black tuxedo or a dark suit is suggested. Our venue offers a lovely indoor/outdoor setting with plenty of shade, turf, and solid surfaces to ensure your comfort throughout the evening. If you have any questions about attire, the bride has put together an inspiration board on Pinterest to help guide your look: https://pin.it/78XzbJffu We can’t wait to celebrate with you and share an unforgettable night with the ones we love!

What should I wear to the welcome party?

Mastro’s has a dress code of cocktail casual, so guys, think collared shirts, dress shoes, and no shorts or flip-flops. Ladies, feel free to wear sundresses, chic jumpsuits, or a nice blouse with trousers or a skirt. Just avoid athletic wear, casual tees, or anything too laid-back. We want everyone to feel fabulous, have a blast, and stay stylish while respecting both Mastro’s dress code and our celebration vibe. Let’s celebrate in style!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please mail your RSVP card back to us by April 1st. You’ll find the RSVP card included with your invitation, along with a pre-addressed envelope to make it easy to send back. If your card gets misplaced or you’d prefer to respond online, you can also RSVP directly through our wedding website.

Will there be transportation provided from the hotel block to the venue?

Yes! We’ll be providing shuttle transportation from Senna House to the venue, and everyone is welcome to ride — even if you’re not staying there. The Hilton Garden Inn is just over half a mile away, and there are plenty of Ubers, golf cart Ubers, and rideshare options to get you to Senna House if you’d like to catch the shuttle. Bonus points if you stop by Cala, the restaurant located below Senna House, for a pre-wedding drink before hopping on the bus! Please visit the Travel & Transportation tab for full details and shuttle times.

Is it required to stay at the hotel blocks we've provided?

You are absolutely not required to stay at the hotel blocks we’ve reserved. That said, we’ve secured discounted rates at two nearby hotels to help make planning a little easier. Both are located in Old Town Scottsdale, which is filled with fun restaurants, shops, and things to do throughout the weekend—a great home base for all the wedding festivities! If you’re staying in an Airbnb with a group, we also recommend looking in the Old Town Scottsdale area. It’s the most convenient spot for the weekend—close to our wedding events, surrounded by great dining and shopping, and full of walkable areas perfect for exploring with your group.

Can I bring a guest?

If you received a plus one, their name will be on your RSVP card! We're only able to accommodate the guests listed on your wedding invitation.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Our wedding will mostly be outdoors, with both indoor and outdoor spaces available. The ceremony will be outside, and the reception will have a mix of outdoor and indoor areas. For reference, the average temperature in Arizona during the last two weeks of April usually range from 70°F to 90°F, with cooler evenings around 60°F.
